It’s signature elements - a light, warm, crusty roll, pickeled daikon & carrots, crisp cucumber, fresh cilantro, jalepeño, and citrus mayo – provide the base for simple, marinated, charbroiled meats, tofu, or veggies.
We’ve traveled the country and the world to perfect the American bánh mi. From the best fish sauce straight from Saigon, to all-natural chickens and eggs from our backyard in Lancaster County, and the best baguette we could find baked in South Philly. Everything is fresh. Nothing is fried. Meats and tofu are marinated, and charbroiled or seared using very little oils.
